The conference is scheduled to start Friday morning 1. November at 0900- and will end Saturday 2 November at lunch (about 1300).
This should give you indication as to when you need to book your traveling arrangements.
Not so easy to make travelling arrangements for Friday morning if you want to attend the whole conference, so I would advise you to make arrangements to arrive Thursday evening 31. October 2019
