Crisis Management, Crisis Communication, COVID-19 and the Nordic countries
Lecture 5 - NORA online Lecture Series
Crisis Management, Crisis Communication, COVID-19 and the Nordic countries
The aim of this webinar is twofold. First, we want to present new crisis management and crisis communication research in the Nordic countries, and discuss whether there is such a thing as a Nordic dimension within this field? Next, we want to study what we have learned from the pandemic of COVID-19 about crisis communication in the Nordic countries (in research and practice), including insights into the work with global crisis communication in Sandvik, a global engineering company with more than 40.000 employees. What kind of communication needs have they identified and what are the lessons learned so far?
