Full paper submission

At January 28 you will receive an email confirming that your abstract has been selected for submission as a full paper. Please note that the deadline for submission of full papers, which is March 11, is the FINAL date. Earlier submissions are encouraged as it helps us to manage the review process in a timely manner. After full paper submission, the paper is put through a double-blind review process. The authors of full papers will receive comments from reviewers as soon as possible, but no later than April 15. Afterwards, the revised full papers / WIPs can be submitted until May 13.

Work-in-progress submission

We encourage researchers and practitioners to submit works-in-progress (WIP) as it provides a unique opportunity for sharing valuable ideas, eliciting useful early-stage feedback on current work and preliminary results, and fostering discussions and collaborations among colleagues. All accepted WIP submissions will be presented at the conference. WIPs are to be submitted as Extended abstracts. These should not exceed three pages. Deadline for submission is May 13.
