Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour
Department of Leadership and Organizational Behaviour has its core competence within organizational psychology, management of change, organization management and project management.
The Department has a strong focus on the interaction between research and teaching, and for the employees of the department this means that they focus both on publishing in top academic journals as well as being able to communicate this in their teaching.

The teaching delivered by the department faculty covers all academic levels, and we offer courses on most of BI’s study programs, including Executive Master of Management, MSc, EMBA , PhD and Bachelor of Management.
